    This issue appears to be resolved, however error rates and latency are still slightly higher than usual.
    We will continue monitoring until everything is back to normal.

    The cause of this issue remains unknown, but was caused by something that is a part of our hosting provider's infrastructure.

    Sorry for any inconveniences this issue has caused.

    Our New York hosting provider, Floofy Hosting (affiliate link), will be performing scheduled maintenance on their New York infrastructure on May 24, from 20:00 to 23:00 UTC. During this time, they will be replacing a top-of-rack switch and performing node maintenance. This maintenance is necessary to improve service quality and reliability.

    We expect that there will be up to 3 hours of downtime during this maintenance period. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
